Free, no signup and no limit on the number of brands. HubSpot AI Search Grader

Free, with a form to see the full report. It scores how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini describe your brand, including sentiment, presence, recognition and share of voice. HubSpot says the results are based on the models' training data, so they show what the AI learned rather than what it finds in today's search results. Ongoing tracking is in HubSpot AEO, at $50 a month.

Paid AI rank trackers with a free trial

If you need daily tracking of many prompts without being in front of a browser, a paid tool is the right choice, and most offer a trial. Otterly.AI starts at $29 a month for 15 prompts tracked daily on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, with AI Mode, Gemini and Claude as add-ons. Rankscale starts at about $17 a month billed yearly and covers a wide range of engines, with a 7-day trial of its Pro plan. LLMrefs offers a 7-day trial of a $79 plan with 500 prompts and weekly reports. Peec AI sells plans by number of prompts, with three models of your choice and daily tracking.

How to choose a free AI rank tracker

Four questions settle it.

You can also track AI visibility with no tool at all: ask 10 to 20 questions on each platform every week, and record in a spreadsheet whether your brand appears, its position, the competitors named and the sources cited.
