Questions
Who handles payments?
Paddle, our merchant of record, handles checkout, invoices and taxes. It charges the taxes due in your country and sends you a receipt for every payment. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. There are no fees and no minimum term.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted: your data lives in your browser. Free limits apply again, so extra projects stay readable but cannot be monitored, and history older than 90 days is hidden. Everything becomes available again as soon as you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You can start a free 14-day Pro trial once: from the AI analysis step when you set up a project, or by creating a second project. The 14 days start when you activate it, with all Pro features. When the trial ends, Free limits apply again unless you subscribe.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. The yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Do you offer plans for teams or agencies?
Pro covers most freelancers and small teams. If you need more projects, competitors or prompts, write to us and we will find a plan that fits.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which applies the taxes due in your country. Cancel anytime; your data stays in your extension.
